Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons of horseradish root
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
Pinch of English mustard powder
1 teaspoon of caster sugar
150 ml of double cream
Salt and black pepper
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together, season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with beef.
